Day 3 of the 12 days of WANDA!

On the third day of Christmas, WANDA gave to you...  a peek at your employees' response times! 

Today I'm going to show you how to access your reports. This is where you can see how frequently customers are alerting your staff, what areas make up most of your alerts, as well as how quickly your employees are responding to those alerts. 


To access your reports, make sure you're in the 'restroom' application as shown in  the picture below. Next click on the 'Reports' section on the menu to the left, then select 'Alerts'. From the 'Alerts' section, you can select a 'Start Date' and 'End Date' where you want to see the data, select your 'Problem(s)', 'Unit(s)', and then click 'Submit' in order to view the reports.


As the tip mentioned, if you need to select multiple items, you can hold the 'Ctrl' button on your keyboard while you select other options. You can also click and drag your mouse over multiple items. Instead of clicking each item one by one (in case you want to generate a report with all the items), you can press 'Ctrl' +'A' together to select all. 


Below is the screen you'll see once the report has been generated:


As you can see, the report organizes the information by 'Unit' and 'Room Type'. The report also displays exactly what problem was issued and when, what time the issue was addressed or resolved, the total response time, and who addressed the issue. 


With this information, you can determine if certain areas are making up a larger percentage of your alerts and investigate further. See an example from one of our actual clients, in the image to the right.

Additionally, if you notice that one of your employee's response times are significantly slower than their counterparts, you can look into the issue and fix the situation.
