It's Finally Here! The WANDA Analytics Dashboard!
So as you may or may not know (from our News release yesterday) but we just launched our brand new analytics dashboard for WANDA yesterday! Here's a quick snapshot of it to get your curiosity going:
If you don’t know what WANDA is, it stands for Washroom Attendant Notification Digital Aid and is a touchscreen that allows customers to request for service if they notice any issues in a public restroom.
WANDA has been deployed across malls, airports, and hospitals, and generates insightful reports such as: the EXACT time an issue was sent, the EXACT time a staff member responded to the issue, and the total amount of time it took.
Yesterday, along with our new Client Portal, we released our Analytics Dashboard for WANDA, a powerful tool that takes the data collected on WANDA and transforms it into visual business intelligence. Not only will you still have access to all the reports from the data collected, but now on the dashboard, you can play with an interactive sliding bar that allows you to easily see what your restrooms’ largest issues are, and whether current cleaning schedules are actually effectively responding to customer concerns.
As a facility manager, you can now quickly determine what your main issues are, and it's all nicely summarized on the dashboard. Want a report to print out for your boss? You can do that as well!
