Visionstate Appoints Jim Duke as Vice President of Corporate Development

Jim has been a member of Visionstate’s Board of Directors for five years and has a strong understanding of the Company's operations and strategic direction. His primary role would be to assist in raising the profile of Visionstate Corp. by ensuring transparent and consistent shareholder communication, as the Company expects a steadier news flow in the coming months with a few press releases already in the works.
