Wanda makes alerts “touch of a button” easy. Literally.

Preassigned managers and designated cleaning staff are instantly notified when a patron requests service through Wanda. Cleaning staff then use Wanda to record their response.

Wanda captures:

  • the exact time service is requested

  • the specific type of service required

  • how quickly cleaning staff responds to the request

The Wanda notification system is sensitive, adaptive, and provides concrete, real-time and emergent understanding of staff performance and facility needs. 

 

Analytics

The WANDA™ Web Portal and Analytics Dashboard offers integrated access for staff and facility managers to create tangible, real-world data about facility protocols, response times, supplies, and equipment. 

Cleaning Staff easily access the latest protocols, have immediate access to direct alerts, and are able to record what they do when they do it.
